Job summary

GRX Holdings, LLC is seeking a Full Time Pharmacy Manager for the Medicap Pharmacy in Pleasant Hill, IA. This role oversees daily pharmacy operations, counsels patients, and supervises pharmacists and technicians to ensure quality service.

Hours are 8:00am–6:00pm Monday–Friday and 9:00am–2:00pm Saturday. You will ensure compliance with laws, support staff development, and participate in immunization clinics and community outreach. Pharmacist degree and 4–10 years of experience required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Pharm.D from an accredited pharmacy college.
4–10 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Active pharmacist license in good standing.
Immunization certification and ongoing education preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the pharmacy operations and supervision of staff.
Fill prescriptions, counsel patients, and supervise Pharmacy Technicians.
Ensure accurate billing and compliance with insurance plans and state/federal laws.
Maintain immunization clinics and support community outreach.
Develop staffing schedules and provide performance feedback and evaluations.
