Qualifications
- Nationally certified pharmacy technician through NHA or PTCB is required.
- Experience as a pharmacy technician is beneficial.
- Experience with online prescription systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of medication and dosage measurements is helpful.
- Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
- Excellent organizational skills and reliability are important.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all pharmacy operations and patient services.
- Supervise Pharmacy Technicians and staff scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with laws and professional standards.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and merchandising.
- Monitor cash handling, deposits, and financial data.
- Provide coaching and training to staff as needed.
