HealthPoint in SeaTac, WA is seeking a Pharmacist to oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure accurate dispensing, safe compounding, immunizations and patient consultations while staying compliant with all regulations.

This temporary, part-time, non-benefited position will require supervising pharmacy staff, collaborating with providers, supporting quality measures and program goals, and contributing to HealthPoint's mission to provide high‑quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's (BA/BS) in Pharmacy or PharmD from a four-year program; WA license in good standing.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers and immunization delivery certification.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage day-to-day operations.
• Familiar with CDTA standing orders and clinical programs.
• Proficient in pharmacy software and basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Review and fill prescriptions accurately issued by prescribers.
• Direct and supervise pharmacy support staff.
• Provide clinical services, immunizations and MTM when applicable.
• Support quality measures and improve standard of care.
• Oversee inventory and workflow to optimize operations.
• Counsel patients and providers on medications and interactions.
• Maintain controlled substances security and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in staff training and clinic initiatives.
