Job summary

Cub Foods is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for its Northside Minneapolis location to oversee pharmacy operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliant prescription dispensing. The role emphasizes patient care and teamwork with pharmacists, technicians, interns and clerks.

The manager will ensure regulatory compliance, participate in clinical programs, and maintain accurate recordkeeping while delivering excellent customer service. A Minnesota license and immunizer certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a college degree in Pharmacy (BS or PharmD) and hold a valid state license.
• Certified Immunizer status required.
• Continue education hours as required by state and company training.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient and friendly patient care and counseling.
• Supervise pharmacists, technicians, interns and clerks.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies.
• Handle prescription filling and audits in accordance with laws and procedures.
• Respond to pharmacist needs and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate recordkeeping for controlled substances and audits.
