CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Pharmacy Manager at our Minnesota location. The role leads a pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care, oversee dispensing and counseling, and drive performance through coaching and adherence to regulatory guidelines.

The position requires an active pharmacist license, an NPI, and 1–2 years of pharmacist experience. Strong leadership, customer service, and the ability to manage complex workflows within a CVS pharmacy are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsabilités

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Lead and develop a pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Coach and supervise staff pharmacists and technicians to ensure compliance and performance.
• Oversee pharmacy operations, ensure accurate dispensing and patient counseling.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and CVS Health policies.
