Albertsons Companies in the United States is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead patient care and wellness services within a dynamic, community-focused pharmacy. You will oversee clinical activities, medication therapy optimization and programs that support chronic disease management.

In this role you will recruit and supervise the pharmacy team, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate with store leadership to implement initiatives that improve patient outcomes and profitability.

Qualifications

• Active state pharmacy license in good standing.
• Pharmacy degree or Pharm.D required; NABP/ECFMG/FPGEC considered.
• Immunization certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Responsibilities

• Actively delivers patient care services.
• Upholds operational standards including safety and compliance.
• Recruits, trains and supervises pharmacy team.
