Job summary

Albertsons Companies in Washington is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead patient care and manage the pharmacy team. You will deliver direct patient care, optimize medication therapy, and support wellness services in a fast-paced community setting.

Under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee financial performance, licensure compliance, and drive initiatives to improve quality and profitability while maintaining the highest standards of safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer Required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively delivers patient care services.
• Upholds operational standards including performance metrics, safety and compliance.
• Recruits, trains and supervises pharmacy team.
• Partners with management in developing and implementing initiatives to increase profitability.

Education
