Job summary

Albertsons is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team and deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced store setting. You will manage clinical services, drive performance standards, and ensure safety and compliance while overseeing a team of pharmacists and technicians.

The role includes supervising staff, partnering with management on profitability initiatives, and maintaining licensure and certification requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D with NABP FPGEC (NABP)
• Active state pharmacy license in good standing
• Certified Immunizer required
• 1 year supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
• Ability to work a variety of schedules

• Recruits, trains and supervises pharmacy team
