Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the pharmacy team to provide exceptional patient care.
• Coach staff on immunization practices and safe dispensing.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Deliver clinical care services where permissible and appropriate.
