• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Honor training timelines and complete required trainings within designated timeframe.
• Gauge prescription information and labeling accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Provide counseling and support to patients, and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Coach, mentor, and lead pharmacy staff to maintain service standards and compliance.
