You will oversee onboarding, coaching, inventory management, immunizations, and collaboration with the Store Manager to maintain staffing and workflow excellence. This role requires an active pharmacist license and 1–2 years of pharmacist experience.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the pharmacy team to provide safe, patient-centered care.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies.
• Oversee prescription fulfillment, immunizations, and patient counseling.
• Coach staff, manage scheduling, and drive performance and quality improvements.
• Onboard new technicians and pharmacists, and support licensure training.
