Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Regular, predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Maintain patient safety through accurate prescription labeling and workflow compliance.
• Lead pharmacy team, coach staff, and manage performance.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to maintain talent pipeline and licensure training.
• Review business reporting to drive improvements in workflow, service, and compliance.
