Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) required.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Attend and contribute to team and store performance as needed.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Provide patient counseling and clinical care in line with CVS guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
• Assist in onboarding technicians and pharmacists and manage staff scheduling.
