CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead a store pharmacy team, ensuring exceptional patient care and compliance with all laws and CVS policies. The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and seamless operation of pharmacy services.

You will oversee on-site bench shifts, immunizations, inventory, and staff onboarding, while maintaining a patient‑centered approach and strong cross‑functional collaboration with store leadership.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsabilités

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Lead by example and set a positive tone for the team.
• Coach, reinforce, encourage, provide feedback to pharmacy team members.
• Maintain compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
• Ensure accurate dispensing and patient counseling and immunization activities.
