Qualifications

• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Coach and lead the pharmacy team, delivering performance feedback and annual reviews.
• Ensure compliant pharmacy operations in line with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Provide patient counseling and immunizations, and coordinate with care teams.
