Qualifications

• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and counseling.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and CVS policies.
• Coach and evaluate staff performance and training.
• Oversee immunization services and clinical care where permissible.
