Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is required.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• 1 year of retail experience.
• Second language (speaking, reading, and/or writing).

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customers' prescription needs with high accuracy.
• Administer vaccines as needed.
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care to customers.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws (including HIPAA).
• Maintain professional image and adhere to pharmacy standards.
• Develop knowledge of trade area, customers and competition.
• Maintain stock, inventory, policies, and record keeping.
• Manage records for controlled substances and schedule drugs.
• Follow procedures for handling pharmacy products from sources.
