Formación

• Requires BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D and active pharmacist licensure in district states.
• Experience with prescription dispensing, recordkeeping, and insurance billing.
• Supervisory experience and ability to manage pharmacy staff performance.

Responsabilidades

• Engage patients, answer questions, and promote a positive patient experience.
• Counsel on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and privacy requirements; refer to medical provider as needed.
• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Ensure regulation compliance and efficient workflow; oversee staff scheduling and shift changes.
• Maintain Good Faith Dispensing practices per state and federal laws; collaborate on strategic opportunities.
• Manage IT systems, inventory, and pharmacy financials; support patient registration and issue resolution.
• Lead training, coaching, and formal performance reviews; develop staff capabilities.
