Experience performing prescription dispensing with knowledge of controlled substance laws.
Average rating of at least 3.0 on leadership behaviors in the last performance review, with no disciplinary actions in the last 12 months (internal candidates only).

Responsibilities

Counsels patients and dispenses medications accurately while ensuring safety.
Oversees workflow, scheduling, and staff performance to meet regulatory standards.
Implements Good Faith Dispensing and collaborates on strategic opportunities.
Conducts immunizations and clinical wellness services and supports provider communications.
Manages inventory, insurance claims, and third‑party audits.
