Qualifications
- BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree and active pharmacist licensure.
- Certified Immunizer or willing to become one.
- At least 1 year of pharmacy experience including prescription dispensing.
- Experience meeting state/federal regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Provide empathetic pharmacy consulting and immunization services to patients.
- Counsel patients on medication usage, interactions, and side effects.
- Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and management.
- Ensure accurate dispensing and regulatory compliance across pharmacy operations.
- Lead staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews to improve patient experience.
- Manage inventory and maintain pharmacy workflow for efficiency and profitability.
