Fred Meyer, Inc. is seeking a pharmacy leader responsible for all aspects of practice in a busy retail setting. Based in Portland, Oregon, this role focuses on financial performance, staff development, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will oversee pricing, generic utilization, inventory, and participation in corporate clinical services, while upholding state and federal regulations and company policies.

Formación

• Pharm.D. or Pharmacy degree from an accredited U.S. School of Pharmacy.
• 2+ years retail pharmacy experience or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old and licensed in good standing.
• Proven leadership and excellent customer service.
• Ability to read prescriptions and write routine reports.
• Willingness to continue education and participate in clinical programs.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maximize the financial performance of the pharmacy department within budget.
• Monitor and control pharmacy budget and overtime.
• Provide staff training and development for pharmacy personnel.
• Deliver excellence in customer service and optimize patient experience.
• Oversee prescription pricing, generic utilization, and inventory control.
• Develop and implement corporate approved clinical services and programs.
