Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited pharmacy school.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• NABP/NAPLEX eligibility within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Enter patient information accurately into computer systems.
• Count and prepare specified products following best practices.
• Fulfill prescriptions per applicable rules, regulations, and laws.
• Maintain records on prescription volume.
• Perform necessary production audits.
• Follow shrink guidelines and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Create an welcoming environment and answer roles/responsibilities questions.
• Interact with coworkers professionally and positively.
• Reinforce safety programs and report unsafe conditions.
• Inspect equipment and notify for repairs as needed.
• Report safety risks or illegal activity including theft or fraud.
