Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing
• Immunization-certified and CPR-certified

• Ability to manage pharmacy operations and supervise staff

Responsibilities

• Perform staff pharmacist duties and support promotions
• Provide immunizations following standing orders
• Oversee dispensing accuracy and drug interactions checks
• Supervise technicians and interns; train associates
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations (HIPAA, safety)
• Maximize gross profit and minimize operating expenses
• Coordinate scheduling, inventory, and recalls
• Maintain records and reporting of pharmacy functions
