Job summary

CVS Health in Concord, NH seeks an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead and develop a pharmacy team delivering exceptional patient care, counseling, and immunization services while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

You will coach staff, oversee bench shifts, manage inventory and collaborate with store leadership to maintain a safe, inclusive workplace and drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Coordinate pharmacy operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coach and lead pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care and counseling.
• Participate in immunization and clinical services where permissible.
• Oversee inventory management and cost controls.
• Onboard new staff and oversee staff development and licensure requirements.
