Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Concord, NC is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead and develop a pharmacist team, ensure safe dispensing, and deliver exceptional patient care across a busy retail pharmacy.

You will coach staff, ensure compliance with state regulations, manage scheduling, inventory and frontline services including immunizations, while partnering with store leadership to maintain a high-performing pharmacy.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Lead pharmacy team and ensure safe, accurate dispensing and immunizations.
• Coach staff and manage scheduling, inventory and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Store Manager to maintain talent and ensure licensure training.
