• Immunization Certification from an accredited organization.

• Submission of PMP information for access where PMP exists.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety and quality assurance in the pharmacy.
• Lead pharmacy staff including Pharmacists and Technicians.
• Manage regulatory compliance and required reporting.
• Oversee inventory, profitability, and loss prevention.
• Drive customer service and clinical programs to improve outcomes.
