Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state you are employed.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization.
• Listed on the pharmacy state license as the “pharmacist in charge”.
• Submission of required PMP information to register for PMP access.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy staff including Pharmacists and Technicians.
• Oversee patient safety, regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
• Manage inventory, workflow and financial profitability of the pharmacy.
• Drive growth and improve performance through patient care programs.
