Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Provide patient counseling with empathy and compassionate care.
• Lead pharmacy team, coach staff and manage performance.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations at all times.
• Write or supervise the pharmacy schedule and manage staffing needs.
• Monitor workflow and inventory to support safe dispensing and care.
