Job summary

Genoa Healthcare, part of UnitedHealth Group, seeks a Pharmacy Manager to lead daily operations in Bend, OR. You will manage dispensing, patient counseling, and staff performance while partnering with clinics to deliver high-quality care.

The role requires a PharmD or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, Oregon pharmacist license, and immunizer certification, with LAI training to be completed. Travel for training is reimbursed; salary is $165,000–$180,000 per year plus a $40,000 sign‑on bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD is required.
• Current pharmacist's license in Oregon is required.
• Certified immunizer is required.
• Willingness to complete LAI Training.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive consumer and clinic partner experience and build strong relationships with both groups.
• Serve as an expert to clinical staff and meet with their team to achieve clinical outcomes.
• Counsel and educate patients on medication usage, adverse effects, and dosing.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and company policies.
• Perform wellness services such as immunizations and vaccines.
• Drive financial profitability and identify growth opportunities for the pharmacy.
• Coach and develop pharmacy staff and promote a collaborative team environment.
• Promote recruitment of top talent and build community relationships.
