Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
Oregon pharmacist license required.
Certified immunizer preferred.
Willing to complete LAI Training.
2+ years of pharmacy leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Create a positive consumer and clinic partner experience and build relationships.
Serve as an expert to clinical staff and meet clinical outcomes.
Counsel patients on medication usage, adverse effects, and schedules.
Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and policies.
Perform wellness services such as immunizations and flu shots.
Drive financial profitability and identify growth opportunities for the pharmacy.
Coach and develop pharmacy staff to reach potential and deliver exceptional service.
Promote a compassionate team culture and core values.
