Job summary

Genoa Healthcare is seeking a Pharmacy Manager in Eugene, OR to lead daily pharmacy operations, counsel patients, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will manage staff, drive service quality, and partner with local clinics to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires a PharmD or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, an active pharmacist license in the state, and immunization certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months. Prior leadership in pharmacy is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Current pharmacist's license in the state where you will work.
• Certified immunizer or willingness to become one within 3 months of hire.
• 2+ years of pharmacy leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and dispensing.
• Counsel and educate patients on medication usage and safety.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and policies.
• Develop staff—coach, recruit, and manage performance.
• Drive financial profitability and growth for the pharmacy.
