Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Current pharmacist's license in the state where you will be working.
• Certified immunizer or willing to become one within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Creates a strong consumer and clinic partner experience and builds relationships to meet needs.
• Serves as an expert to the clinical staff and supports meeting clinical outcomes.
• Counsels patients on med usage, adverse effects, and scheduling questions.
• Ensures policies and standards follow state and federal laws.
• Performs wellness services such as immunizations and flu shots.
• Drives financial profitability and growth for the pharmacy.
• Coaches and develops pharmacy staff to maximize potential.
• Fosters a compassionate, high-performing team culture.
• Proactively recruits top talent for our pharmacies.
• Reviews KPIs with staff and identifies trends for improvements.
• Conducts workforce and business planning for operational excellence.
• Builds relationships with community, stakeholders, and clinics.
• Leads marketing plans to promote pharmacy offerings.
