• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the pharmacy team, ensuring safe dispensing and counseling.
• Oversee bench shifts and coach staff to improve performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper inventory management.
• Provide immunizations and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Onboard technicians/pharmacists and conduct trainings.
• Maintain workflow procedures and safeguard patient privacy.
