Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead a pharmacy team, ensure high-quality patient care, and maintain regulatory compliance in a retail setting. You will supervise bench shifts, provide counseling, and drive performance improvements while upholding safety standards and policies.

You will also administer immunizations, manage inventory, and mentor staff to deliver services efficiently across the store, with a focus on patient outcomes and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.
• Ability to lead and coach pharmacy team while ensuring compliance with policy and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the pharmacy team to provide exceptional patient care.
• Oversee bench shifts and coach team members to improve performance.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and adhere to pharmacy workflow procedures.
• Deliver immunizations and educate patients on vaccines and medications.
• Maintain inventory controls and cold-chain integrity for products.
• Onboard new technicians and pharmacists; ensure licensure training is completed.
