CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead and develop a pharmacy team within a CVS Health store. You will promote best practices, provide meaningful patient counseling, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards while driving immunization services and safe dispensing.

The role requires an active Pharmacist License in the state, an active NPI, and 1–2 years of pharmacist experience, with a focus on patient care and team leadership.

Formación

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsabilidades

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Lead pharmacy team and coach performance to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
• Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and immunization services.
• Maintain compliance with state laws and CVS Health policies.
