Job summary

You will oversee onboarding, scheduling, and performance reviews, while collaborating with store leadership to maintain a positive, compliant, and efficient pharmacy operation.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a pharmacy team providing patient care.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and CVS policies.
• Onboard new pharmacy staff and coach team members.
• Oversee inventory management and immunization services.
• Provide empathetic patient counseling and resolve insurance issues.
