Job summary

CVS Health, a nationwide health care leader, is seeking a Pharmacy Manager in New Jersey to lead a dedicated pharmacy team, ensure high-quality patient care, and maintain compliant operations.

You will supervise staff, promote best practices, and drive immunization and counseling services while coordinating with store leadership to deliver safe, efficient pharmacy operations across the district.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Attend regularly and be available for scheduled shifts including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within the designated timeframe.
• Supervise pharmacy team and ensure accurate prescription fulfillment and counseling.
• Coach and lead team members to maintain safety, quality, and compliance.
• Assist in onboarding and regulatory adherence across the store and district.
