CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join our retail pharmacy team in New Jersey. You will oversee daily pharmacy operations, dispense medications accurately, counsel patients, and support immunization services under the Pharmacy Manager's guidance.

You will step in during bench shifts, coach technicians, ensure regulatory compliance, manage safety and patient care, and contribute to a compassionate, efficient pharmacy experience for our customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) and not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and counsel patients.
• Oversee pharmacy operations in manager's absence.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with regulations.
• Support immunization services and patient care.
• Coach technicians and maintain inventory, including cold chain.
