Active pharmacist license in the state, an active NPI, and 1–2 years of pharmacist experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active pharmacist license in the store's state.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) required.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Oversee dispensing accuracy and safety, following workflow procedures.
• Manage immunization programs and patient counseling with empathy.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations at all times.
• Partner with Store Manager to maintain staffing and training for licensure.
