CVS Health is hiring a Staff Pharmacist in New Jersey to lead patient care and pharmacy operations. You will support the Pharmacy Manager, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and quality while delivering excellent customer service.

This full-time role requires an active state license, Immunization certification, and a focus on patient care, safety, and efficiency in a busy community pharmacy setting.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• No pending felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Lead with patient safety and pharmacy practice.
• Support the Pharmacy Manager and supervise Pharmacy Technician staff.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, quality assurance, inventory management and profitability.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and loss prevention.
