CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead a store pharmacy team and deliver exceptional patient care, counseling, and immunization services. The role emphasizes compliance with state and federal regulations and strong leadership over daily operations.

You will supervise pharmacists and technicians, manage schedules, coaching and performance reviews, and partner with store leadership to maintain a safe and inclusive workplace while advancing CVS Health programs for the community.

Formación

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsabilidades

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Provide patient counseling and ensure patient safety.
• Lead and coach pharmacy team to maintain performance and compliance.
• Oversee dispensing accuracy and workflow procedures.
• Administer immunizations and support pharmacy services.
• Manage inventory with focus on cold chain products.
• Onboard new technicians and pharmacists and ensure licensure training.
