Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Lead a pharmacy team to provide patient care with counseling, immunizations, and safe dispensing.
• Ensure compliance with state boards and CVS Health policies.
• Coach staff, onboard new pharmacists and technicians, and manage bench coverage.
