Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead a pharmacy team, ensure safe and accurate dispensing, and promote quality patient care within our CVS Pharmacy locations. You will coach staff, drive compliance with regulations, and partner with store leadership to maintain a high‑performing team.

The role emphasizes immunizations, training new technicians, and delivering compassionate patient experiences while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1‑2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Lead by example and set a positive tone for the team.
• Coach, reinforce, encourage team members and provide feedback.
• Ensure pharmacy operations comply with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and onboarding of pharmacy team.
