Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree; NABP FPGEC or equivalent.
• Unrestricted Ohio pharmacy license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Equitas Health Pharmacy and ensure compliance with laws and accreditation standards.
• Supervise pharmacy staff, manage the 340B program and formulary, and ensure accurate prescriptions.
• Deliver clinical services including medication adherence and patient management programs.
• Collaborate with providers and other departments to optimize patient outcomes.
