Job summary

Equitas Health Pharmacy, part of Equitas Health, is seeking a Float Staff Pharmacist to support daily operations across multiple Ohio locations. You will assist management, oversee staff, and focus on recruitment and retention of patients within the Equitas Health network.

You will provide clinical services, medication adherence programs, immunization services, and collaborate with 340B and formulary teams to maximize patient outcomes and pharmacy efficiency across our regional sites.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and social service needs of persons with HIV/AIDS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Pharmacy Manager and Director of Pharmacy Services in daily operations.
• Recruit and retain patients with emphasis on Equitas Health Medical Center and contracted providers.
• Maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements of pharmacy practice.
• Develop and implement the medication adherence program.
• Float between locations in a specific geographic region.
• Provide clinical services including specialty therapies, adherence programs and immunizations.
