Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree required and active licensure in district jurisdictions.
• Immunizer certification or readiness within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum 1 year pharmacy experience including dispensing, recordkeeping, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Engage and assist patients to ensure a positive experience with products and services.
• Lead pharmacy staff performance, training, and coaching efforts.
• Oversee compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and efficient pharmacy workflow, including staffing and scheduling.
• Promote immunizations, diagnostic testing, and wellness services in the store.
• Maintain IT and pharmacy system knowledge for prescription fulfillment and billing.

Education

BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D Degree

Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district

Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire
