Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Current pharmacist’s license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Creates a great consumer and clinic partner experience and builds strong relationships.
• Acts as an expert to clinical staff and meets clinical outcomes.
• Counsels patients on medication usage, adverse effects and schedules.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal laws and policies.
• Performs wellness services such as immunizations and preventive care.
• Drives financial profitability and growth of the pharmacy.
• Coaches and develops pharmacy staff and fosters a collaborative culture.
• Leads workforce and business planning for operational excellence.
