• At least 1 year of pharmacy experience including prescription filling, recordkeeping, legal compliance, and insurance billing.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients and answers questions regarding usage, side effects, interactions, and OTC products.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Reviews, interprets, and dispenses prescribed medications per regulations and policies.
• Oversees pharmacy workflow, staffing, scheduling, and shift changes to ensure efficiency.
• Maintains knowledge of pharmacy IT systems, supports staff and patient needs.
