Genoa Healthcare, part of Optum and UnitedHealth Group, seeks a Pharmacy Manager in New London, CT. Lead daily operations, provide clinical guidance, and oversee staff to ensure top-tier pharmaceutical care and services within our clinic partnerships.

You will mentor a team, drive growth, and promote our pharmacy offerings while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This is a patient-centric leadership role with strong collaboration across teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD and CT pharmacist license.
• Certified immunizer or willing to become immunizer within 3 months.
• 3+ years of pharmacy leadership experience (preferred).
• Authorization to administer long-acting injectables or willing to obtain within 3 months (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Create strong consumer and clinic partner experiences.
• Advise on pharmaceutical care services and benefits.
• Counsel patients on medication usage and adverse effects.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and dispensing.
• Coach and develop pharmacy staff.
• Drive marketing plans and community engagement.
