Job summary

Rogue Community Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager in Medford, OR to lead daily pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive financial performance. The Pharmacist-In-Charge will collaborate with senior leaders to grow services and improve patient care.

Qualifications include a Doctor of Pharmacy, current Oregon license, 5+ years of pharmacy experience (management preferred), and bilingual English/Spanish is desirable.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required and active Oregon license.
• Five+ years pharmacy experience preferred, with management experience highly desirable.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desirable; immunization certification or ability to obtain is needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive financial performance and inventory management to meet organizational goals.
• Lead, develop and mentor pharmacy staff and act as Pharmacist-In-Charge with the Oregon Board of Pharmacy.

The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the daily operations, regulatory compliance, financial performance, inventory management and staff leadership of the pharmacy. This role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered pharmacy services while fostering a positive team culture and achieving organizational goals.

The Pharmacy Manager serves as the operational leader of the pharmacy and the Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC) with the Oregon Board of Pharmacy, partnering with the Director of Pharmacy and Senior Director of Pharmacy to improve patient care, grow pharmacy services, and support strategic initiatives.

EDUCATION:Doctor of Pharmacy degree

EXPERIENCE: Five (5) or more years of pharmacy experience preferred. Pharmacy Management experience is highly desirable. Bilingual English/Spanish language skills highly desirable. Prior 340B Program experience highly desirable.

LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATIONS:Current Oregon Pharmacy License, Oregon Preceptor license, Immunization Certification, and BLS certification or acquired within 6 months of hire.
